Applications
Western Blots: Effective at dilutions 1/64,000 to 1/128,000 depending on conditions. Note: Most effective against non-reduced antigen.
ELISA: Effective at dilutions 1/128,000 to 1/256,000 depending on conditions.
Immunodiffusion: Effective against NHS and plasma at 1/4 dilution
